Calgary Apraxia may share your posts on our stories after being posted. We will also be using social media to compile the list of participants and to ensure they have done all the necessary steps to qualify.

🐦 Find 0 birds but come and find us on Scotsman’s Hill on May 14th? You still get a Sticker!

1. Take a picture in front of the bird. Please do not move the bird or QR code.
2. Scan the QR Code. Included in this information will be a “Chickadee Code” that you will need to know.
3. Post on Instagram or Facebook; this can be a story or a post. 
   1. Tag Calgary Apraxia AND the location (required).
   2. Include the #Chickadee Code (required).
4. If you do not have social media, please email info@calgaryapraxia.ca to discuss alternatives.
5. Find another bird!

1. Prizes will be given to the owner of the social media account that posts the photos (one prize bundle per person who posts). The participant will get an extra entry for the cash prizes if they post on multiple platforms while tagging Calgary Apraxia.
   1. For example, Person 1 posts on Facebook AND Instagram, if they find 12 - 14 birds, they receive 2 entries into the draw and 1 prize bundle. Person 2 posts on Facebook, if they find 12 - 14 birds, they receive 1 entry into the draws and 1 prize bundle.
   2. We encourage doing this in a group and carpooling to locations, however, to be eligible for prize bundles, each person needs to post on their own account.
2. Board members and their immediate families are excluded from the cash prizes, but are eligible for the prize bundles.
3. Participants are to be respectful of all locations while searching. This includes limiting loitering, touching/moving objects, littering on or damaging property.
4. All posts must be posted and tagged by 11:59 pm on May 13, 2025.
5. Participants must pick up prizes. Prize bundles will not be shipped. If you are not able to pick-up your prize on May 14, 2025 it is your responsibility to make arrangements to claim your prize.
