Literacy CHAoS

CHAoS of Sounds: Mandatory intro session. Go over all short vowels and consonant sounds. Build towards segmenting, blending, and manipulating CVC words. Will receive all supplies (binder and sound cards), mandatory literacy and OT screening done (does not have to be repeated) 

CHAoS of CVC: Must have completed CHAoS of Sounds. Continue working on CVC words with short vowels, moving toward fluent sentence level reading. Please bring all supplies from CHAoS of Sounds

Max 8 children per group

Individual literacy package: 

• Binder with all paper materials used in sessions
• Sound cards for practice
• Parent letter with in-depth Lively Letters information

 Bring indoor shoes and waterbaottles (no boots allowed in classroom) 

Group Size: 4–8 children per group

Support: 3–4 volunteers per group

Staff Training: Lively Letters program (Reading with TLC)
